Return Policy:

All Building Kits:

We accept returns of all building kits within 14 days of delivery ONLY IF:

1) The kit is unopened and in its original condition

2) You have NOT downloaded the digital instructions 

*If you have opened the kit or downloaded the digital instructions your return will not be accepted.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging return shipments.  Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete returns are not eligible for a refund. Such returns may be rejected. Customers may request return shipment at their expense. If return shipping arrangements are not made within 30 days of notification, the returned merchandise may be disposed of or otherwise handled at our discretion.

Missing Parts?

We provide missing and damaged parts completely free of charge.

*If parts are damaged customers must provide picture evidence of the damaged packaging to receive free replacements.

We will ask you to check the rest of the parts to verify that there are no other missing parts before we send replacements.  Only after we receive the full list of missing parts, we will have the replacements shipped to your address free of charge.  Replacement parts delivery times may vary.

All PDF e-book downloads:

Digitally downloaded e-books cannot be refunded because there is no way for you to physically "return" it.  Once your payment has been processed, a refund cannot be given (no exceptions).

If you have already downloaded the instructions, a restocking fee of 35% will be deducted from the total price of the building set(s)  in your order.  The "total price paid" includes taxes, but excludes shipping costs, which are fully refundable.

EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Only):

Building kits:

You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the building brick set, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may use the withdrawal form/button in the footer or send us a clear statement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price and original standard shipping costs only after we have received the goods back and inspected them.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. For building brick sets, you should be aware that the value will be reduced significantly — and may be reduced to zero — if you open the outer packaging and the inner plastic bags, as this results in thousands of loose pieces that cannot be restored to original sealed condition. The same applies if pieces are missing, mixed, assembled, or if the set is not returned complete. In such cases we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the condition of the returned set.

Digital instructions:

By purchasing, you consent to immediate supply of the digital instructions and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the digital instructions once download begins. The value of the digital instructions will be deducted from any refund.

Shipping policy:

International Shipping Duties:

Customers outside the USA may be subject to import duty taxes, or VAT taxes when receiving their order, depending on the country.  Customers will be responsible for these fees, if they apply.

 

In Stock Items:

If all the items in your order are in stock, they will ship within 1-3 business days after your payment has cleared.  

If some of the items in your order are on pre-order,  the entire order will ship when the inventory for the preordered item arrives.

If any issues delaying your shipping or payment method will be emailed to customers

Orders are shipped the address provided by customer.  Customers are responsible for providing valid shipping addresses.  If our shipping carrier accepts the address, but the receiving carrier cannot delivery it, the customer is responsible for handling any redelivery fees and efforts.  

 

Pre-orders:

Shipping dates on items on "Pre-order," are not guaranteed, but we try our best to give the best estimate based our sourcing partners.  If there are delays we will notify you via email.  Once our inventory shipment is received orders will ship within 1-3 business days as long as you payment has cleared.
